Wonder if the forum can help. How do you
Pay a water bill without physically having
the bill were usually
In cyprus every 3months Get our bill
and pay on the website With bill number and
Check digits Or at the office towards
the old town , we’ve tried the telephone number
On top of the bill many times but no reply
And eventually cut off. Wont be back till
End October so obviously concerned.

Try the JCC Smart website to see if the water company(council) are listed. If it is, just set up an account on JCC and pay with a card following the instructions..........pretty easy really.

Just realised you haven't got the bill, which will be a problem.

But surely if the OP hasn't got a bill then he won't know what to pay.....

Phone your council and work from there surely you could give them payment over the phone. Get their number from the internet, there's got to be someone there, what village is it?

Can you please give the name of office where the bill is issued and the number you have tried phoning. Thank you.

Yes Trev I can read, but not knowing if the water bill is issued from his village council or Paphos municipality. If its village and its like ours the council offices only seem to be open when bills are due at the end of the year, I have to contact the Mukhtar on his mobile for any questions etc, so maybe that is the case for him.

Yes I suppose that could be the scenario .. I have only lived in 3 different Villages / areas and didn't know that some offices only seem to be open when bills are due at the end of the year.
Fortunately our village offices are open every weekday. Which is convenient because the water bill is every 3 months ..
I apologise about not knowing some village offices are only open at the end of the year

We haven't got a Village office....it's the Muktars house we go to , providing he's not out tending his goats,chickens or whatever....real village life!

Fruit market and literally 400 yds from water
office.

If it is the office next to Alpha Bank I have found this number: 26932374.
Paphos Municipality is 26822270 - they may be able to assist.

Still no luck 1st number is message saying dialled
Incorrectly 2nd number puts you through to
Choices where water is one. 15 mins no reply
Emailed water supply address no reply.

Have tried past two days looks like it’ll be october
Then. Got to say electricity are easy to deal
With waters a different matter.

Maybe set up a DD with them, I have never known holiday homes to be cut off as their bills are usually minimal, unless there is a leak or not been paid for a year or so. How do you know that you are cut off?
