She is simply saying, that she has to protect the people of Scotland, in the even that numbers spiral in England, as they are in many areas. Up to 20 new cities being considered for lockdown. Without a doubt, Boris and Gove can’t even agree on masks, never mind anything else. It’s a shambles and the R rate is heading over 1 in many areas of England. Infections and deaths are at 100 x the Scottish rates. Granted, Scotland is more rural and therefore doesn’t have the same density issues as England, but easing lockdown so early and allowing certain things so early, has endangered the population again.
Sturgeon, from an initial shambles, just like Boris, has now shown she is prepared to control transmission to save lives - while Boris still follows Cummings policies, including herd immunity.
