Fish being eaten at the "Last Castle"

Post by emgee »

I went to the "Last Castle" yesterday and for the first time ever, saw Cypriot diners eating fish. Never seen this before. Could it be a "longest day" tradition amongst the Cypriots?

Just curious.

I had heard of this before, so it may just be an off-menu thing.

I have had fish there, because I don't eat meat. I had to pre-order it.

They dont really have a menu, when we have been there its chips, salad, bread and a choice of chicken or pork souvla or mixed.

As grb says, it's available but you have to pre-order. My wife had it once - delicious and a big portion too.
