All ok here but then we rarely have issues. Sorry, that’s of little comfort to you though.

Our supplier put up a message saying heavy storm was affecting the sat signal and to use non hd channels

No consolation for you, as it will depend on your TV streaming supplier, I have a couple of suppliers both running as normal, best to contact you agent.

Ive had an issue a couple of times lately [ Swiss ] although I never turn the MAG box off when I switch on the TV and press on the ALL no Channel list comes up just says "Loading". after a while I reboot and the List comes up and all OK. Am I the only one ?

We’ve done the magic trick with pencils under the mag box...fingers crossed it’s worked

I think it best to leave your unit on standby, if left on it could possibly overheat, especially in Cy summers, I always leave both of mine on standby they are different Mags regarding model numbers.
