Taxisnet return for 2019

I have checked out the returns page for Taxisnet today, and there still is no return for 2019 showing. I know the date for submission has been extended, but does anyone know when the return will be available?

Enough to worry about at present. Will pay when the system is up and running, no problems.

When I checked yesterday it said username and password invalid. I'm sure they were correct. Any one else had this?

Yes I had the same message, if you read the email you will find a contact to Taxisnet to send you a new password, a very poor system with little help for the older folks who maybe not compleatly computer savvy.

If you go to your new password part of the mail it should be there, I am doing this for my wife and myself and the contact was on both of our emails, sorry cannot be more explicit but for sure you can ask for new logon and password...failing this then a visit to an Accountants office, dont bother going to the Tax office they are closed mostly and are not helpful..

I have received an email from them asking me to submit my 2017 and 2018 returns as they are only temporary stored. When I go to submit there is only the opportunity to temp store or cancel. How do you manage to submit.
Also noticed no 2019 form.

I don't have enough income to pay tax so it seems not worth paying for accountant. Thanks for reply though.

Maybe I'm being a bit thick on this one, are you saying you have to get a new username and password for Taxisnet and then the 2019 return becomes available?
Currently both our usernames and passwords work but the 2019 tax return form in not available to complete.

When did you fill the online form in Norman. Many people are saying it is not available yet .

These are from 2017 and 2018. No sign of 2019 yet.

I have tried unsuccessfully to do an online tax return for 2019. {No problem previous years]. The problem described by previous posters on this thread, (which I didn't actually read at the time), appears to me to be unresolved. Has anyone any suggestions please?

I called a number on the Gov website 26 804365 (Taxisnet Returns), but guess what, I could leave a message. I didn't, as I have no confidence that would even be listened to, let alone answered!

Maybe someone else might try?

Before going into the dentist this week I went over to the tax office to see if there was a notice on the door about making appointments. There was and the number to ring is 26804370. However, if you go round to the back entrance there are people waiting to go in and some going in and out. There is a table just inside the open door with cardboard trays of forms to be taken and forms (presumably completed) to be left. Milling about the entrance, mainly on the inside, were two or three men who I assumed were tax employees but by the way they were casually dressed could have been off a building site. Anyway, if you wait long enough you might be attended to and get to see someone.

I asked what do we do about the S1 exemption certificate and no one I spoke to seemed to know what I was talking about. Eventually one woman said to send her details which I have done, whether or not I get any sort of informative reply remains to be seen.

Didn't get to find out anything about the return being online, or rather not being online. I keep thinking I must be missing something and it has been loaded up somewhere else, but where? Anyway, isn't it normally announced in the press when the returns are available?
