Lockdown!

Post by Mandyr »

Went to the village Phillipos this morning which is right beside a church. We were amazed to see Cypriots actually going inside, some with young children but isn’t that supposed to be a “no no”? Why is it Cypriots flaunt the law?

Maybe just to light a candle and pray as a family. No mass though and no other people.

They can have a mass provided there is less than 10 people.

What is a village Phillipos? I thought there was only one, in Coral Bay.

The Phillipos behind the church was there already in 1992. That is why many foreign people could say in Greek : behind the church! ( πίσω από την εκκλησία ) as that was on his advertising leaflets. A very young and very hard working man he was and is.
