I certainly agree with this, and hope they do keep up with the checks, by actually stopping people..
But that where they fined someone for calling at an ATM on the way shopping seems silly to me...
Surely some leeway or even common sense has to be applied... If you do to see the doctor and are given prescription, do you have to make another application on another day to collect your tablets from the pharmacy instead of on your way home ??

Because of my bank's stupidity, I have had to make three trips into Larnaca in the past few days, each one about 25 km each way through rural, suburban and urban areas. The first time, I was stopped twice, going into Larnaca. The other two times, zilch, no police, not even in sight.
