Paphos resident donates €10,000 for needy

A European national permanent resident of Paphos who wishes to remain anonymous has donated coupons worth €10,000 to Paphos Municipality to be distributed to residents facing difficulties as a result of coronavirus pandemic.

Paphos Municipality said the donor had contacted Mayor Phedon Phedonos by telephone to convey the decision to make this donation, in view also of Easter.

Phedonos thanked the donor for his noble gesture and solidarity which showed a genuine love for Paphos and its residents.
