MRI results

Please can anyone answer this question
Once you have had an MRI scan do you get the results on a disc like you do with an X-ray ?

I got a typed report and a CD when I had mine done last year Sadie

Yes is the short answer, on a cd, plus a written report - you may have to wait one week to 10 days for these as they are very busy, presumably because of Gesy.

Admitted it was 3/4 years ago but when I took my disc to a couple of doctors
they cound'nt play them

I could not play my MRI disc and this was last October

On that same subject when I had an arthroscopy done in knee joint, the Surgeon performing the operation, gave me a video and this starts off with him smiling down into the mini camera that was inserted. Some parts of the procedure made my a little squeamish especially those that should a cauterising type tool being used in the knee itself with flames and "sparks".
