Green Monday - Retail outlets

Apologies if this has been asked before. Do all retail outlets close on Green Monday? i.e. The Mall, Supermarkets

In past years they haven't had to. I don't know about this year though.

I think that the supermarkets will probably be open half day and of course the bakeries and kiosks will be open.
