I sent a letter to my solicitor in U.K. by registered post. It took a week! I sent two more on 20th Feb, still not received, so I went onto tracking. They sat in Paphos P.O. until the morning of the 21st, then arrived in Larnaka around lunchtime. They sat there 3 days! Then sent to U.K.. Spent another night at somewhere called HWDC. Finally enroute to ? next destination. I can't believe it sat in Larnaka P.O. for 3 days! Small wonder my solicitor thinks I am tawdry at getting documents to her!

Do not belive DHL there tracking system they told me they sent a item from Gatwick handling centre to High Whickham 60 miles away around the M25 at 09.22 and delivered it at 09.34.

You cannot do 400 mph on the M 25 at that time in the morning!

I paid 28 e to send a letter to London from Larnaca, Cyprus post told me it would arrive in there days, it sat in the sorting office in the UK for ten days, I even spoke to someone at the sorting office, and they blamed black friday etc etc, in the end I tried for compo, but The UK said as I sent it from Cyprus I should claim, from Cyprus post, No luck as Cyprus post said they delivered it within three days, my advice, if its important, use DHL or similar.
