To update on Charlie Airlines, just read today that it got its Air Operator's Certificate.
Can't find this in English yet, but - now here's a news source we don't often get on Paphos Life - TASS - the Russian News agency.

Charlie is 40% Russian owned, which probably explains the Russian interest.
A touch more - the airline needs to obtain another license for commercial transportation.
