Around 6.30pm we lost our live feed for tv has anyone else got this problem!

I had to restart the film i was watching 3 times. No problem now.

If you looked at the Help section it stated that there was a fault being investigated.....

My box had the same problem last night starting about 7.10. But with a helpful email from Triotech support, I was able to put it right, first thing this morning. So now it is back to normal service.
