Helicopters

Over the last two nights or so there have been helicopters flying over Peyia. Does anyone know the reason why as it’s unusual at that time of the day (or evening)

...... and they are noisier than normal.

They're two Chinooks and a gunship; Chinooks are horrible things to fly in.

Apparenly there are joint military exercises with the Cyprus-based UK forces, Jordan and Cyprus.
