Duvet Help

I am looking for someone who could help restore a silk filled duvet to its former glory. The silk has become bunched up
and the duvet offers no warmth as previously. I have given it a good shake, but am dubious about touching the silk 'construction'. It looks complicated! Only 2 years old, so reluctant to dump. Thanks for any suggestions.
