I doubt if you can buy off the peg wooden hand rails for stair cases as in Cyprus the range of sizes of stair cases would probably make this impractical. I had the hand rail for my stair case made by a good local carpenter. He came and measured my staircase first and then returned a few days later to fit it, He also stained the wood to match other woodwork in the house.
