Don't Worry Dee. I have taken two dogs there but did not know that they may collect.

Whenever I called them the past 20 years, they never came to my place, saying that they have no suitable vehicle, and I have to bring the dog/cats...

Considering it is and always has been a charitable service with no financial help from the Cypriots Government I think that request was very reasonable.
