They should also strengthen the law for the collection of maintenance fees etc on complexes.

Cyprus really needs a small claims court for amounts up to, say, €10,000 in order to speed the process up. Going to court over here to try to recoup your money is currently a long drawn out affair. A separate court for smaller claims would alleviate the load on the main court...
