I agree it wasn’t action packed, a bit slow to start, but the best bit was at the end when Benedict Cumberbach was in a Russian prison. Great acting and a true story.

I understood that supermarkets and pharmacies were exempt from requesting to see your pass to allow entry. Is this correct please?

Thank you WHL for The Father recommendation, I’ve just watched it. Anthony Hopkins is a great actor, and still acting in his 80’s. Oscar well deserved, and he was surprised to win!

I’m guessing no prize for me then. I thought I spotted two ears, two eyes and the nose of a cat in the close up photo in the middle but no reaction so assume I’m wrong🙂

Home deliveries

Can anyone please advise me of any couriers of parcels generated in the UK that can be delivered to Kamares and not just delivered to PO or courier office for collection? A couple of older and disabled neighbours have asked me this question.

I collected a parcel (from Germany) from the main PO this morning and asked about goods purchased and sent from the UK. I was advised that no import duty or VAT would be charged on goods valued under €17, anything above will be subject to charges.

For information www.simplysupplements.co.uk in the UK are taking orders (in sterling) but the items are being shipped from their warehouse in Spain, an EU member.
