I do not understand the new (stiffer?) fines for speeding. What would the fine be if I was travelling at 60 in a 50 limit area? Doesn't seem stiffer, does it? According to the article, 60 in a 50 would be a fine of just €10 as 60 is less that 30% above the limit so that's €1 per km over the speed l...

Tough audience Memory Man - it's pretty obvious from the context what you mean. Slightly confused by Cambodia though. I deal with a large company there on a daily basis, and I'm pretty sure it's still called "Cambodia"!
