I very much doubt it.

You can get one fitted usually around the meter area, all water coming into your property would be filtered.

I suspect that a lot of imported cars are bought at car auctions where most of these crash damaged or troublesome cars are sold. In saying that small time dealers in the UK do exactly the same, buy cheap clock them and do them up. Second hand imports from Japan are a better bet as they have stricter...

This may be a problem for us in 5 or so years, we are no longer connected to the grid and are using PV panels and batteries for our power.
