Why would we need to see "reports" on the police going about their day to responsibilities?
A bit over the top if you ask me. Not unlike asking for the minutia of Geoff's life (get up, go to beach, go home, go to bed). Not necessary.

Re: Airlines flying to Paphos
Perhaps the charter airline that you used from Cyprus to Russia was cost cutting and didn't employ the more expensive Russian graduate. A Russian degree is so much better than a UK degree. For example, you study economics in the UK that is your specialism. And not very much tutor contact. Russia do...

Re: Airlines flying to Paphos
The Paphos airport Summer Schedule has now appeared online. http://www.hermesairports.com/images/media/redirectfile/Aeronautical/PFO%20Summer%202017%20Flight%20Schedule.pdf I don't see anything particularly new, except what has already been reported. Ryanair stop flying to Athens. Instead going now...

Re: 'Enemies of the people': Trump remark echoes history's worst tyrants
Can you not read my posts properly Geoff? Or link into the added links? Why ask a question I've already answered about Trump alongside many others...I never said Blair was bonkers, I said like or loathe him his speech had substance...rather than troll my posts as you did on the other other forum tr...

Re: Why Cyprus?
When we first left the UK we moved to France , we lived there for 4 years . But found the winters were too cold and long (October to May) . So we looked for somewhere warmer , and decided on Cyprus . It had to be Europe for the reciprocal health care . If we had a choice it would be the USA , but w...

Re: Why Cyprus?
I think this should give you an idea why we came to Cyprus.... Initially it was purely an accident I came on holiday in 1985 but things changed in my personal life later. However if it hadn't been Cyprus, we would have lived elsewhere abroad. The timing was right for us in 2004.... https://cyprusli...

Re: Why Cyprus?
We moved here for a number of reasons. We love the slower pace of life, the fact that people are more friendly here, the glorious weather, the outstanding countryside... A couple of months after we moved, my wallet fell out of my pocket outside a Paps in Paphos. Inside the wallet was a bit of paper...

Why Cyprus?
Just read on the internet that over 5 million Brits live abroad, and Cyprus doesn't feature very highly in the list of countries. I wondered why? If you didn't already have family or friends in Cyprus before you moved to Cyprus, what was it about Cyprus that attracted you? What other countries did y...

Re: Well that will get the whole country behind Brexit!
Just going back to Tony Blair I was one of the minority at the time opposing the Iraq war but I do see parallels with Brexit. The right wing and Murdoch press egging Blair on, the will of the people polling showed significant majority for war, misleading information on both sides, what do experts k...

Re: OH DEAR...IS THE TRIPLE LOCK UNDER THREAT
More meaningless statistics. MOH and I certainly are not £20.00 better off per week than our Son or our Daughter, that in spite of MOH's occupational pension. Jackie Nowhere in the article did it suggest that every baby-boomer was going to be £20 better off; just that on average this was the figure...

Rugger has always been "crowd-friendly" when we used to tour at Easter around UK or abroad there was always that cameraderie amongst players and spectators alike. Mrs Emgee was always a volunteer to be a "tea lady" and Ladies committee member. Ladies are well respected in Rugby ...
