Re: Healthspan by Courier
I’ve also been using Healthspan for a very long time. My last order was on 24th July. I’ve never used the courier service & using Royal Mail Healthspan dispatch the products individually so I had 9 packets of vitamins etc at a total cost of £134, including post & packing. My order was dispat...

Re: Cyprus Driving Licence Second Renewal
Surely they made a mistake with your licence Trev.
When I did my renewal towards the end of last year I saw my Doc on the 8th of the month, appointment at Citizens Service Centre on the 14th & the expiry date of my new licence was 3 years later on the 26th of the month, one day before my birthday.

I went to Baracas Lounge this morning with a couple of friends. Sat at a table & a waiter came to take our order. I said don't you want to see our Vaccination Cards, oh yes he said as if he wasn't really bothered. I won't be going there again.

Lovely little video. Look forward to seeing your blog on your beautiful cats. Can't believe it's a year since you found them & gave them a home. They are a credit to your family.

Re: Air Con setting
Thanks everyone for your comments. For the time being we have settled on 27 on the sleep mode setting. No doubt people will have different ideas but what’s the best temperature to set an air con at for a comfortable night’s sleep?

CYWALL, why don't you phone the Citizens Service Centre & ask them what proof they will accept as they are the only ones who can give you the correct information.

Re: Window Cleaner - a person not a product!
Thanks again for recommendations.
Chris (95573142) recommended by Whitts & Kili01 has been to clean our windows this morning. Very pleased with the result, an excellent job & well worth the modest cost.

Window Cleaner - a person not a product!
Looking for personal recommendations for a window cleaner who covers the Paphos town area. We live in a 3rd floor apartment & windows in 4 rooms need to be lifted out to be cleaned which is getting difficult due to increasing age & arthritis.

Re: Rules for people in cars
Yesterday afternoon I emailed the Ministry of Health to ask how many people were allowed in private vehicles & was amazed to receive an email this morning: perm.sec@moh.gov.cy Yes, more people are allowed in a car, according to the capacity of the car. If they are from different households, they...

Re: Rules for people in cars
Just read this in The Cyprus Mail but the only thing it says about private vehicles is that people from different households must wear masks, nothing about how many people per car!

I believe you can begin opening a bank account on line but have to go to a branch to complete the process. Hopefully that will save you a bit of time as there's usually lots of paperwork involved!

Re: Paphos signs contact for "smart" parking system
Perhaps we should all wait & see what happens when everything is up & running. Maybe you will be able to use either a pay machine as now or a mobile phone. Perhaps you'll get a ticket when entering a car park which will register the time & car registration like at the airport. Unfortunat...
