Re: So easy top up

Hi Al, when you say the phone won't let you phone out is this because you have no credit, if you have the secret number you should be able to load the credit on the phone for no charge if you do as I did earlier, just put in star 115 followed by star then the 16 digit secret number followed by hash,...

Re: So easy top up

Thank you for all the responses, I managed to top up the phone this morning by 10 euros which importantly gives me another 12 months of retaining my number, initially tried phoning to see if it was possible to top up that way, finished up in a long queue with dwindling credit so gave up, went on the...

So easy top up

Hi all, my Cyprus phone with so easy pay as you go has plenty of credit, the top up period ends on the 21st of this month, for obvious reasons I have not been out to Cyprus this year and want to keep my number, can anyone tell me how can I top it up from the UK and keep the number.

Re: House purchase using sterling.

We sold our house this year, it was priced in euros and the contract apparently legally has to be in euros, both we and our buyers were happy to do the sale in sterling, at the time we accepted their offer an exchange rate was agreed, when both sides lawyers were happy that all the legal matters wer...

Re: Wine Glasses in hand luggage

Hi, just to post a conclusion to my post, went through security at Paphos Airport last night with 24 delicate wine glasses in my hand luggage, the chap looking at the screen shot of my case did a double take, spoke with a colleague and then shrugged his shoulders and that was that, no problem, must ...

Re: Wine Glasses in hand luggage

Morning, Thanks for the replies, I would have been sceptical about carrying glass in hand luggage but for a recent experience, I emailed Manchester airport to ask if I could carry a quantity of LED light bulbs in my hand luggage, they replied that it was ok, I printed off my question and the respons...
