On Valentine's Day the good people at Cap St Georges put on a carnival. February is a quiet time of year, but I thought it would be nice to go for a stroll along the Seafront early on a Saturday night. There are still a number of restaurants and kiosks open. Paphos, and Coral Bay for that matter, doesn't shut down completely over winter. So let's go and see what's open....
