that's the sort of question you need to ask before entertaining him with a duck, rather than after.

No the majority don't. Hard Brexit was not what was offered to the electorate at all. Not in the slightest.

Re: Anti Democracy Remainers (again)

If there was a second referendum and the choices were either:

No Deal Brexit or Remain
May's Brexit or Remain
Some other Brexit or Remain

(IE people were voting for two actual known outcomes.)

If remain lost then we should defintely leave by whatever means won.

Re: Another Remain Loser

Did you actually bother to read the article you posted?

It didn't say he didn't lie. It basically said that he's a politician so he's allowed to.

If you want to claim that as a victory it is pathetic.

I wonder why one guy jumped in his car and hastily drove away ??
Your observation reminded me of a bad train crash they had on the Reading to London line, with lots of deaths. When the police finally identified everybody I was amazed at how many were travelling under assumed identities.

Re: Geoffrey

Yes, he was a funny old cove. You could have a nice chat with him some times and other times he would be spoiling for a fight.

Sorry to hear of his demise. I hope St Peter knows what's in store for him. :)

RIP

Re: Full moon yesterday

Nice pics. The trouble with all these special and rare full moon nights, is that we have had an awful lot of them in the last year or so. They are certainly not once in a blue moon events, if you excuse the pun. However, I know how hard getting decent moon shots can be, so don't let that observation...

I don't know how to answer that. If you can't see it I don't know how I could possibly explain it to you in a way you would understand.

That sounds like a cop-out answer but I am sincere, and I don't mean it in a derogatory way.

Re: Over 17,000 hunters set to head out on Sunday

Clay pigeons are used in Cyprus. By the Evretou Reservoir there is a water tank, on top of a big hill. If you go up there you will first of all get some stonking views of the surrounding area. Secondly, you will see lots of clay pigeons that have been shot at.
