Hunters seem to be above the law or think it doesn’t apply to them. On a road we travel most days we used to see loads of partridge, the area is no hunting with big signs saying so. The first hunting day we drove past, several hunters in the area, sadly we have not seen a single partridge since.

We traveled along here a couple of weeks ago in our 4x4 on our way to the blue lagoon. And like Dominic drove out the other way. The track is very rutted and potholed at moment, no way a place to take a saloon car. There should be a sign to say no red plate cars and only 4x4 beyond this point. It’s ...

Sorry my mistake the 29th is a Turkish bank holiday, there national day. So I suppose all will be okay at the crossing

Traveling to the north of Cyprus
We have booked to go to the North of Cyprus after not traveling there for many years.
But have now realised that the 29th October is a public holiday here in Cyprus. Does anybody know if the crossing points operate as normal, and we can get the insurance etc. Many thanks
