Changes approved to ease title-deeds trap

MPs have unanimously approved amendments seeking to improve a 2015 law that aimed to resolve the issue of thousands of homeowners left stranded without a title deed after having paid for the property....

We lived there for nine years, never did get ours.

Majority of people on our development have still not got theirs We were very lucky and really feel for our neighbours who are still waiting, after 15 years, and still at the mercy of a certain bank.
