Water cuts

In Konia we are experiencing a lot of water supply cuts. The explanation from the Municipality is that the water company are having problems and cutting the supply to a lot of villages. Is anyone else having problems or is this just an excuse?

According to posts on FB and other websites there are often problems in various parts of Peyia. When possible official announcements are made by Peyia Municipality if there is a major problem affecting many households eg pipe burst. From what I have read their source of water comes from Kannaviou.

No, but I have noticed the water is much harder than in recent years. The kettle needs much more frequent descaling with vinegar to prevent that horrible sludge in the bottom of the mug!

Yes I have to agree there is a lot of limescale from the drinking water tap.
