UK Banking query ...

My UK bank insists I have a UK address, which I no longer have. Until recently my sister-in-law permitted us to use her address in Scotland. Unfortunately she died a couple of weeks ago, and we are struggling to find another UK address to use. All of our pensions are paid directly into our Cypriot bank, but we transfer a small amount of money to the UK monthly to pay a business which only will accept payment in Sterling from a UK bank.

Is there a simple way round this? We do not want to give up our UK bank account.

Thanks to all who replied. I appear to have jumped the gun, as my wife’s best friend in the UK has offered to let us use her adddress for our bank. I shall investigate the other suggested options at my leisure now.
