This weekend a easy one. From where I took this photo and what is the name of the village in the far distance on the left?

I would say that you are above Eposkopi, looking down over the beautiful Ezousos river valley, with that tantalizing village top left, possibly Axylou?

The answer: Photo taken from the road just below the Army post at Inia and the village top left is Lysos...
So I was wrong when I thought it is an easy guess - at least Dominic should have known it. (but then he was busy with the tulip festival)

OMG, I should have known that, Max! I've only walked/ridden/driven past this vista about twelve dozen times through the past 20 years...

Of course, it all fits into place now, with your added description. The craggy outcrops in the foreground are just NW of Droushia village. What a splendid view, not to mention another great photo from you!
