Paphos Old Town - Part 1 The Market Area

Following the Mayor's statement last week that most things will be ready for the opening ceremony on Saturday, I thought I would have a wander through the Old Town & Market areas (where possible) & see how much was ready or near completion! Unfortunately, I've had to split the post as I can't load all the photos on this one but bear with me!

This is the main road (Petraki Miltriadou) running by the front of the Old Market Cafes

The road up to Laona Restaurant ............ not opening any time soon I guess!

Yes I did & no it doesn't ....... there were plenty of workers on the main street!

Still can't add more than 3 photos Dom, makes it difficult to post a thread that people can easily follow

Now that the road is open & most of the area finished, I thought I would revisit the Old Market. Below are a couple of photos that show what the place looks like today & were taken in similar positions to the first 2 photos above.
