Unlocking an I phone

Post by Suetal »

Hi
My friend has a hand me down iPhone which is locked to a code which he hasn't access to.
Is it possible to get it unlocked, if so where?
Thanks in advance

Do you mean a lock-code to get into it when you first use it, or a lock-code to use on a different phone network?

Our grandaughter gave her grandad her 'old' iphone, and I got in touch with the network she was using and they gave me a code to unlock it. :)

Yumniah down the side road on the opposite side from the main Paps is the place to go. Most of the computer shops and many phone shops take phones and tablets there. They just unlocked a Galaxy 8 for the wife and replaced a screen on her friends I-Phone 6. Worth a visit.

Well done.
Was it accessing the actual phone, or getting it work with on CY network?
