Pound/Euro

Post by Mark »

Pound over 1.11 in anticipation of rate rise on Thursday which won't happen.

Time to transfer money before pound drops again!

Agree Royal.

I for one was surprised at the announcement today re short term rate rise.

Rather selfishly I say ....bring it on!,

It wasn't many months ago that 1.13 would have seemed terrible.

Carney put his foot in it again today by announcing any rate increase would be gradual.

Hence the pound lost 1 cent today v the euro.

That man is totally anti brexit, he really should be impartial!

I wish it wasn't a Canadian telling us this, and stirring things up.

No, just the start of the school year, so we get up earlier. You would be surprised how many people are up and about in the early hours though.

Blimey.... some people find offence in everything..... Carmel and BoE are recognised to be doing a good job. Freeing them from direct parliament control was the best thing Brown ever did.

Lloyd, he could keep his mouth shut, he is anti Brexit no matter what you say about 'economics'.

I do not believe that Carney is independent and never will. I believe that he is a remoaner, and is string things up.

Should be stirring things up, as in causing unrest for the sake of it, ok ?
