Thank you. I did see these solutions. I don't have a computer anymore, only IPad. I tried to get in touch with Samsung without success & just found a post on their forum which seems t o suggest this has happened before. Hindsight's a wonderful thing- just wish I'd copied them! I think I'll go back to my Filofax
