How to insert picture

How do you insert a picture in your post. I used to use a program for that but forgot how. A fool proof explanation will be appreciated.

I still use Pix Resizer. Download app for windows. Open app. Click on work with one file. Load picture. Chose size for loading into Paphos Life. Save picture. (I save mine to a folder I have made in Pictures called resized.)Then you are able to insert the picture into your post and make comments under the picture if you so wish.

There are other ways which I am sure someone will explain. I'll post with a picture later.

I managed now with the help of Max. Thank you. Good to use some German as well.
