Where to go for Brunch

Post by trevnhil »

My daughter is here with me and we wanted to go somewhere for a good 'Brunch' probably on Friday.
We were all set in our minds to go to Kika's Garden but they are not fully open yet and they are closed on Friday. Any suggestion from the team ?

Omikron Brunch is very popular. I often pass it and see it packed out.

Trevhil, could you give us some feedback on Omikron please. We have passed by several times and it always appears to be full so it's probably very popular. Thanks

Omikron - booking essential for Saturday and Sunday. Food is excellent. Nice atmosphere. There is a free car park down the road to the left of the resto.

Bon Vivant on Kennedy Square is also very good. Opposite Second Cup.

Hi all. We went to Omikron this morning for Breakfast.. Parking down the side street was fine but they do have their own car park a hundred yards or so from the back of the premises.
We walked back to the restaurant and were welcomed by a waiter who asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside
This provided me with a surprise. 'Outside' seems to be the main part of the building and because it is all glazed apart from the top foot of the glazed wall is open, it seems that this is classed as 'outside'
However we opted to sit inside where there are only a few tables..
We were brought a menu and I chose the 'Ultimate Breakfast' which was brilliant.. There were many drinks to accompany the meal and I just had Nescafe..
The breakfast that I chose was 11 euros plus the coffee was extra..
But it certainly was a brilliant place to have a wonderful breakfast

I would presume the extended "outside" was to get around smoking rules.
