Recharging points at Paps?

Recharging points at Paps?

Went to Paps in Chlorakas today and noticed what I thought were two recharging points for electric cars. The spaces were painted green with something like an electric symbol on them. Or perhaps they belonged to the garage opposite? Or I might be totally wrong!
