Re: HOT !
Exactly Louise, Summer arrived finally.
Much more pleasant than in Germany where since one week they have temperatures around 34 c and high humidity, while here in my area of Cyprus the humidity is around 50% RH and the temperature 26 c late morning as i write this post.
However I started the first air-con already to avoid that the bad insulated rooms getting too got and to avoid using air-con in the night which I don't like.
As I produce plenty electricity from my PV system daytime on clear days the meter will not count any negative units...

Re: HOT !
Midsummer's day today, but you wouldn't notice it. I would expect wall-to-wall sunshine and temperatures in the range of 34° to 38°, instead of which it is already starting to cloud over at 15:30 and a maximum of 32°. Even between midday and 2 o'clock, there was a little high-altitude mist, sufficient to attenuate the sunlight by a few percent. Funny year!

Re: HOT !
At Paphos district, at least where I live, it was a very pleasant summer day, no clouds at all, not too hot with max. 27.8 in the afternoon, humidity in the range of 45-50 %RH,slight wind, and it was very positive for my electricity production from PV which was the highest this year....
