Baklava
Re: Baklava
Stay away from the well known bakery's we find they use inferior ingredients, if you have a Lebanese baker near by, try them, full of nuts etc better quality.
Re: Baklava
You could try Zorba's Bakeries in Paphos. There is one on the right hand side of Ellados Ave. It's just before you get to the stretch being currently worked on. They produce their own baked items. I find then very reliable.

Agree with Louise Golden Sweets on Evagora Pallikaridi.
I started off with nothing and have most of it left !
Re: Baklava
Yes, Golden sweets are good, esp the nuts, but I find their goodies seem too sweet for my tastes, so I prefer the Greek or Cypriot versions.
