The girl with the hand on her shoulder has been photoshopped into the photo. You can tell by the black line separating her neck from the background.

The one on her left side (right side as we look at it) from her hair line along her shoulder and down to the bottom of the photo.

In Victorian times, it was actually common for people to be added to photos. We have an old family photo where a dead girl was photographed in death and still added to a family photo!
