I thought that was what you had said, so was surprised to receive the form so soon - after my pension payments only started in April 2025.

I'm hoping the form has only arrived on this occasion, due to not being able to claim for my Cyprus pension until I was eligible to receive my UK pension at the age of 66yrs - instead of 60, after the rules were changed for my year of birth.

If this is the case, that's perfect.
But I don't really want to be running around every 12 months for a signature and a stamp.

The Registered documents I sent by Royal Mail to Cyprus still haven't been collected, according to the Tracking ID, but Andreas at SIS has said the copies I emailed were 'accepted', which appears to be the end of the scenario, this time.

I'm not sure it's got anything to do with your 'start date' Shell??? I received my Cypriot Pension at aged 65 in November '24 and it was backdated to my birthday in March of that year so I haven't been receiving mine for three years either. I received my UK pension in March '25 at age 66yrs.

However, my husband has been receiving his Cypriot pension for over 10 years now and they have always asked for the information every three years and this year they asked that I provide the info at the same time. I was very happy about this and it seems very sensible that my Hubby and I do this task at the same time. 😊 I am assuming we will both be asked again, at the same time in three years.

Again I am assuming, but I think a 'date' is assigned to your file and 3 years from now they will contact you again. Of course I could be talking ABSOLUTE NONSENSE but, I hope not! 🤔🤣

Kind Regards
