I have not seen a 'draft letter' on any site. Just wrote my own .

Full name and Reference Number from either your MEU1 or MEU3, (yellow form). Ours was MEU1. My husband on UK pension and me as a dependant. Both have a S1 issued from the UK. Did get a certificate each from Mrs Michael.
