It was a relevant quote to backup Max’s assertion that under 30Mph winds, turbines aren’t effectively producing electricity, so the output on Cyprus would be minimal. Also, they works best in cooler environs, hence the sea farms.....

I am agains† them, as I stated in earlier posts.
