That's hilarious, Lloyd! Reminds of when I first ventured into Skype, and naiively asked (on another board) "how do you know if the person you want to skype is online?"

Reminds me of emailing my Cypriot solicitor with some info he required. Some days later I had an indignant phone call asking why I hadn't provided the information he had requested. I pointed out that it had been sent to his email address, he asked me why, stating that they never use their email !
