If you are waiting for an appointment with the immigration department to apply for a MEU3 you might want to try a shortcut which worked for me: I had an appointment for 3 months later but wouldn´t have been in the country by that time. So, I simply went to the immigration department without an appointment early enough to be the first "customer" of that day. The lady allowed me to submit my application as I had all necessary documents with me. About two months later I received my MEU3. That was in Larnaca though.

jeba, although you are posting this on a Paphos Forum, was your application at one of the places at the Eastern end of the island.
I only mention this because the Paphos offices leave a lot to be desired for customers

We found the Paphos office perfectly fine when we had our ME3 interviews a few months ago.

Really? Of all the government / district/ utilities department we've ever visited over the years, this is by far the worst experience, repeatedly. They’ve outgrown the premises and it’s not fit for purpose in my opinion. Any government department that relies of staff shouting through the window to waiting customers below to tell them when to come up is not in a good place. Happily paid a premium to keep our time there to a minimum last time.
