Why not get a friend in Cyprus to get you a top up & send you the number? We’ve done this in the past for friends.

If you’re outside of Cyprus, or unable to get to a shop etc etc, somebody else can also buy a top up voucher and then top up your number from their own phone by dialling 1883 instead of 1882 and entering your number when prompted. That’s also how we top up the SIM card embedded in our house alarm.
