No Jimgward I am a new member although I have followed this Forum on occasions since its inception. I was a member of CL for many years although only posting rarely.I probably joined because I was at somewhat of a loose end one day and was slightly irritated by a post that seemed to infer that the negotiating team were clueless. As I said at the time one of my friends is on the EU negotiating team and whilst of course they do not share with me any confidential information they have told me how incredibly hard both sides work.So there is no mystery I am just me. I am incredibly lucky to have property in both England and Cyprus and a shared family property in Portugal so often not around!

Just to confirm, both my daughter and I separately applied for a postal vote on the day applications opened; no last minute application as suggested. We contacted the Electoral Officer in Ormskirk several times requesting a replacement postal vote which was refused.
Millions affected the most by Brexit were refused voting rights and that is the top and bottom of it; that is why a second vote is needed and the people disenfranchised should be given the opportunity to vote,
