Yes good, but I doubt that the fine will ever be paid.

Irrespective if the fine is paid or not, it sends a serious message to others, i'm sure people will think more than twice about poaching now.

If the fine is not paid, maybe a stretch behind bars might be a good idea, just to make sure that they really get the message.
