Zara Returns Policy - Paphos Mall

Post by kansas »

Morning

Does anyone know if Zara in Paphos Mall gives a refund on your card? Or just a credit note?

Thanks in advance

Not sure about Zara, but most clothing stores, will exchange or give credit notes, friend of ours has a clothing store, and she tells us, you will be shocked at how many people come in and buy an item on Friday, wear it for the weekend, and return it on the Monday saying it didnt fit etc.

Thanks. I'm not surprised by this. I know of someone who came over here for an extended holiday (3 months), wore the same swimming costume each day and then took it back to the UK where she complained to the store saying it wasn't as she expected. She received a full refund and was asked not to shop there anymore! Presumably she was well known for doing such a thing.

I've just had a look at the back of the receipt (yep, I know, should have looked at it first!) and it states that Zara Cyprus will accept exchange or return of its products within one month from the date of purchase.....the amount paid for the article/s shall be refunded IN THE SAME MANNER AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY PAID.....the original receipt must be presented with, where applicable, the debit/credit card along with original receipt for the transaction.

I'll test this out later in the week. If they do issue a refund, whether it's in cash or back on the card I'll be impressed, as M & S don't do it.
